And we keep calling when survivors can’t. We help them fill out paperwork, research funding, and overcome hurdles insurmountable to the overwhelmed and grieving. Sometimes all that stands between a devastated family and available assistance is a raft of phone calls to the right people—or a nominal fee or down-payment.
