Recently, Global Ministries awarded an emergency support grant to Africa University for the Zimbabwe Entomological Support Program in Malaria (ZENTO).
Since its founding in 2021, ZENTO has been providing essential data-driven interventions in mosquito behavior and insecticide resistance. Notably, ZENTO recently decreased malaria cases in Zimbabwe’s Mutasa District by a remarkable 65 percent!
Together, we are investing in vital research, training the next generation of malaria scientists, and joining Zimbabwe and other nations in further strengthening our commitment to preventing malaria-related illness and deaths.
